Submission Policies

Ploovi Web Directory is a 100% human-edited web index.  The purpose of this index is to provide a directory to connect visitors with high quality websites.  To ensure this remains true we have a few guidelines for acceptance:

1.  No MFA (Made For Adsense) sites.  We support Adsense and use it ourselves.  Just because you have adsense ads does not mean you will be banned from listing with us.  The MFA site is a different animal from a high quality site that happens to have Adsense ads on it. 

2.  No adult content.  If you need to list your adult content site you may do so at our adult content web directory Nocturnal Links Adult Web Directory.

3.  We review and approve listings as fast as reasonably possible.  However, reviewing free listings may take a day or so.  It just depends on how busy we are. 

4.  Nothing illegal or promotional of hate, racism, etc.  You know what I'm talking about.  If you think it might be, it probably is. 

5.  Only top level domains.  I am sorry but we will not approve piggyback accounts such as Geocities.  It is also important to note that we will not approve a listing in which  a Blog or other single page site is linked ONLY to your Geocities account.  If you site is of enough value to build, it is worth the effort to give it its own home.
